Rehabilitation
The rehabilitation of the building has preserved the formal composition of the original project. Thermal insulation systems have been improved and implemented to generate a more energy-efficient envelope.
The footprints of the original site accompany us throughout the project. The renovated past gives us the authenticity of a building with history.
Inside the apartments you find the mixture the comfort of new and modern materials with high energy efficiency performance: laminated parquet wood floors in night and day areas, and kitchen ceramic floors in wet areas, high-end taps, kitchens equipped with all appliances, double glazed metal carpentry with thermal insulation, air conditioning, sound insulation. The terraces recall the Catalan essence with its traditional flooring of scratch and imitation stone on the balconies.
Housing
The design
Under the essence of the purity of lines, light tones and functionality, the houses keep the Mediterranean essence of light.
The white walls are intertwined with light-colored laminate parquet floors creating cozy environments where light is the main protagonist through large windows that are turned to the patio.
